looking for a yamaha plug-in, which seems lost

hi. Being on the net lately and experiencing with midi a little bit, I do really need the yamaha mid-plug file, but as the www.yamaha-xg.com website is down or any other xg websites as far as I know, I don't kow if there is a website with the file in it, not a lonk to the yamaha's xg url...? or does any of you have the file? hi, I also heard that another plug-in is called crescendo, http://www.liveupdate.com/ but the darned up website is down. If any of you knows a way to improve midi sound cality in my computer please repply, needing it deesperately. Thanks
